From the auction block to the boardroom.
My career started on the auction block in 1993. I was 14 — while other kids were figuring out high school, I was reading crowds and calculating market value on the fly, learning the raw mechanics of supply and demand.
I picked up my real estate license in 2002 to run auctions, went full-time in 2006, and in 2018 teamed up with Graham Auctions and Graham Realty — an independent, common-law brokerage with an elite office and support staff. It lets me serve clients my way: total transparency, zero corporate BS.
Nearly all of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. I've watched first-time buyers grow into first-time sellers, into "we had another kid and need more bedrooms" buyers — guided through the chaos with their best interests at the front the whole way.
